Chinese Chi Exercises with
Erwin "Itsy" Lieberman
Experience your own life's energy...or chi, and promote balance and agility with Chinese exercises like, Swimming Dragon, Eight Pieces of Brocade and Zwangs Zwang. Teaching Sunrise Chi, at Yoga Chi in Michigan, is one of the favorite activities of Erwin "Itsy" Lieberman. Passing along the experience of a whole body-mind-spirit connection to others is tremendously fulfilling for this twenty-five year chi exercise veteran.
Itsy won letters in football and track at Wayne State University, played pro slow-pitch softball and was a karate instructor for six yeas, after earning a black belt. He also coached three sports at Detroit Country Day School before starting his business career.
Always interested in passing along the techniques of chi exercise and the multitude of health benefits these techniques offer, Itsy headlined on Metro Vision in Detroit for four years on a program called Chi Aerobics; as well as appearing on ABC (Channel 7 in Detroit) and WKBD (Channel 50 in Detroit) in order to bring a greater awareness to the physical and psychological enhancements this unique, low-impact exercise program can offer.
Itsy also teaches at the Flieschman Senior Citizens Home in West Bloomfield, Michigan. " This is my joy." says Itsy. Lieberman, 62, a highly successful executive and the leading sales producer in the history of the promotional products business according to the Advertising Institute of America. His monthly appearances at Flieschman, however, have nothing to do with promoting anything.
"When I see a smile on their faces, and I know these exercises are making them feel good, giving them flexibility and health, that's what's rewarding.
If you truly understand what Chi Exercise and is all about, you will know how to handle life. You will know that failure and setbacks in life may humble you but they don't have to beat you. Rejection is temporary, but your inner strength is permanent."
