What is Chi Exercise?

Albert Einstein said: "Imagination is more important than knowledge." When Chi Exercise helps us to let go of physical, emotional and mental tension, it literally expands our "imagination muscle." As we let go of old patterns, we open up to new and exciting concepts that our old, tense bodies and minds couldn't comprehend. We learn more easily and are more creative in using what we learn.

ChiChi Exercise is widely misunderstood. Is it an exercise, a martial art, or a meditation technique? Actually, Chi Exercise is all those things, but it also offers so much more. Chi Exercise can be a key to discovering our personal empowerment. As we find that we can take control over our body's circulation, our blood pressure, and our stress responses, we are empowered. This empowerment begins to resonate out to every aspect of our lives, work, relationships, and society.

Try Chi

Mind Clearing Exercise: Take a deep breath from your abdomen to your chest, and on the sighing exhale, let your shoulders relax away from your neck as they sink toward the flow. Repeat this several times, and as you release the breath, imagine that every cell in your body is relaxing as you release each breath. Now as you let go of the breath, let all your cranial muscles release their grip on your skull, and as you let go, allow your mind to release all the facts and figures it is trying to remember. Ironically, you will find that the more your mind lets go of trying to hold onto facts, the more easily it can absorb information.

The natural breathing that Chi Exercise promotes is a powerful antidote to the fight or flight response. Just remembering to breathe when crisis hits can significantly affect your ability to better handle it.

BreatheAs we feel empowered and Chi Exercise works its clarifying magic, we find learning easier and more exciting. We become drawn to learning as the world becomes fresher and more magical due to our new attitude of well being. Chi Exercise cultivates and supports our childlikeness, our curiosity, and our zest for life.
